What she's carrying
Hormone shifts, sleep loss, mood swings, body changes, anxiety, and a shifting sense of self. She isn't trying to push you away — her body is rewriting the rules without her permission.
ManO'pause Life equips men to walk through midlife well — to love their wives through the change, understand their own bodies, and rebuild a biblical identity that holds.
When a wife enters perimenopause, the man she loves is often quietly entering andropause too. Without language, support, or a framework, both end up alone in the same room. ManO'pause Life is a different path: real biology, real marriage work, real Scripture — together.

Andropause is real. Lower testosterone, energy crashes, a shorter fuse, weight that won't move, performance fears, and a quiet rejection that turns into resentment if no one names it.
Most marriage struggles in midlife aren't character problems — they're un-named hormone, identity, and intimacy problems stacked on top of decades of unprocessed pressure.
Without help, men withdraw, harden, or wander. With help, men step up: they learn the science, do the inner work, and become the kind of husband their wife can land on.
Built on Scripture, sharpened by science, taught by men who have walked it. Each pillar is a track inside the program.

"ManO'pause" started as a joke between me and my wife. Then her body started changing. Then mine did. Then I had to look honestly at the man I'd become — and let God rebuild him.
As my wife hit her late 40s, perimenopause hit our home. Hip and back pain, mood swings, intimacy that paused without warning. I told her everything was fine. That was a lie. I internalized the rejection, got resentful, and became a version of myself I didn't respect.
So I dug in. I researched perimenopause and menopause. I learned about andropause — male menopause — and realized half of what I was feeling had a name. Then I had to take the harder look: at the way I was thinking, reacting, and showing up. I stepped back, prayed, and let God do real work in me.
I didn't need a new strategy. I needed a new identity — and the courage to act like it.
Last year a non-cancerous brain tumor put my life on pause. Three days in the ICU, surgery at Barrow Neurological Institute, a corporate job terminated the week before. In the recovery, the vision came clear: help men not suck as they age, support their wives through the change, rebuild the man, heal the marriage. Then disciple other men.
That's ManO'pause Life.
